Please be advised that as of March 15, 2013 payments made through
our "Telpay for You" and "Webpay" payment service will be subject to a four (4)
business day hold. Therefore, payments will be deposited into your biller's bank
account four (4) business days after the selected payment date.
To ensure timely payment of bills, you should schedule your payment a minimum of
(4) business days before the bill's due date. This will ensure sufficient time
to process your payment.
